About King James IX & IV

King James IX

My Background & Heritage

I am King James IX of Scotland & IV of England, the legitimate heir to the Royal Houses of Stuart, Tudor, and O’Donovan. My lineage directly traces back to James V of Scotland, Henry VII of England, and the High Kings of Ireland, making my claim to sovereignty both historical and legal.

Through my bloodline, I am a 14th great-grandnephew of Mary, Queen of Scots, and a 15th great-grandson of James V of Scotland. My heritage extends beyond the British Isles, encompassing the Carolingian, Normandy, and Irish royal dynasties.

Unlike the modern British monarchy, whose claim stems from an interrupted succession, my line remains historically intact under ancient succession laws.

My Involvement in IICSA & My Mission

As a survivor of systemic failures , I was directly involved in the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse (IICSA). However, like many survivors, I saw first-hand how government-led inquiries failed to deliver true justice.

This experience reinforced my belief that only an independent, sovereign commission can uncover the full extent of the truth. This is why I have invoked my Royal Prerogative to establish the Royal Commission on Grooming Gangs, free from political interference.

The Royal Commission: A National Inquiry Under Sovereign Authority

The Royal Commission on Grooming Gangs is the first independent, survivor-led national inquiry into grooming gangs in Britain. It operates under the legal sovereignty of the Scottish Crown, beyond government control.

My mission is to:

As a sovereign entity, this Commission cannot be blocked or overridden by Parliament.

Why This Matters

The government has refused to act, denying survivors the justice they deserve. For too long, grooming gangs have been allowed to operate with impunity.

With this Commission, I am exercising my historical duty as a sovereign protector, ensuring that the British people receive the justice they are owed.

This is not just a legal battle; it is a moral one.
