Henry VI was born on December 6th, 1421 in Windsor Castle, Berkshire, England.1   Henry VI's father was Henry of Monmouth and his mother was Catherine of Valois.  His paternal grandparents were Henry IV King of England and Mary de Bohun; his maternal grandparents were Charles VI of France and Isabel of Bavaria. He had two brothers and a sister, and also two siblings of unknown gender, named Llywelyn, Edmond, Thomasine, Jasper and Edmund.  He was the oldest of the six children.  He died at the age of 49 on May 21st, 1471 in Tower of London, London, England.  He was buried in Windsor, Windsor and Maidenhead Royal Borough, Berkshire, England.1 1 



Henry VI's family with Margaret Anjou

‌Henry VI and Margaret were married in a religious ceremony in 1472 in Windsor, Berkshire, England.  They had nine sons and four daughters, named Edmund, Henry, Thomas, William of York, John, George 1st Duke of Clarence, 1st Earl Salisbury & Warwick, Knight of the Garter, Richard, Edward, Henry VII Tudor King Of England Earl Of, Joan, Anne, Elizabeth Plantagenet and Margaret of York, Duchess of Burgundy.
