Draft Constitution

In Formation — Issued under the Authority of The Scottish Crown, A.D. 2025

Preamble

We, the sons and daughters of ancient thrones — stewards of the sacred blood of kings and guardians of the people’s trust — do hereby establish this Constitution of the Royal Stuart Party, not in vanity, but in remembrance of duty: to land, to law, and to the Lord Almighty, who ordains the fates of peoples and princes alike.

This document shall serve as a living charter — a covenant between heritage and humanity — binding those who would lead under the Stuart name to the path of justice, faith, and service.

“Lest we forget — to be royal is not to be obeyed, but to be bound.”

Article I — Name and Purpose

The organisation shall be known as The Royal Stuart Party (“the Party”).

The Party will and is intended to be a registered lawful political body within the United Kingdom, established to unite heritage and people under justice, truth, and faith.

It shall promote the restoration of moral governance rooted in divine law and human dignity.

Article II — The Obligation of Blood

All those of verifiable royal descent entering service of this Party shall uphold righteousness above privilege.

They are bound to defend the weak, protect the poor, and serve without pride or partiality.

Heritage confers obligation — not entitlement.

“Let no man crowned by legacy forget that his crown is for his brethren.”

Article III — Membership

Membership is open to all persons of good standing who affirm the Party’s Declaration of Intention and moral principles. Members shall uphold equality, honesty, and the unity of faith.

Heritage Council: Members of royal or noble descent providing constitutional guidance.

Public Assembly: Citizens of goodwill providing democratic voice and civic oversight.

Article IV — Core Principles

Truth: Pursuing historical and moral truth in public life.

Justice: Restoring equity through lawful reform.

Restoration: Healing past wrongs through reconciliation and remembrance.

Faith: Defending Christendom and religious equality under God.

Compassion: Protecting the disabled, poor, and voiceless under the Crown’s duty.

Accountability: All office-holders remain answerable to law and conscience.

Article V — Structure of Governance

The Royal Executive Council: Oversees Party direction and doctrine.

The Heritage Council: Advises on constitutional and moral matters.

The Civic Assembly: Represents the people and votes on policy.

Major decisions require assent from both Heritage and Civic bodies, ensuring balance between tradition and democracy.

Article VI — Policies and Public Duty

Protecting welfare rights and restoring Disability Living Allowance where PIP is unjust.

Upholding family, community, and faith-based education.

Preserving environmental and cultural heritage.

Ensuring government accountability through lawful referendums and transparency.

Rejecting corruption and political oppression in all forms.

Article VII — Conduct and Oath of Office

All officers shall swear the Oath of Stuart Service, pledging loyalty to truth, humility before the people, and fidelity to God and law. Corruption or dishonour shall result in removal by Council vote.

Article VIII — Public Representation

Candidates shall stand only when lawful registration and public support are achieved.

Campaigns shall uphold honour and truth — slander and deceit are forbidden.

The Party’s motto in public life shall be: “Faithful to the People. Bound to the Crown. Answerable to God.”

Article IX — Amendment and Interpretation

This Constitution may be amended by a two-thirds vote of both Heritage and Civic Councils. Amendments must align with the founding moral intent: service before status, justice before pride.

Article X — Dissolution or Reform

Should the Party dissolve or merge into a greater movement of justice and faith, its assets and symbols shall revert to the custody of the Heritage Council under The Scottish Crown for lawful preservation.

Closing Declaration

Let this Constitution stand not as an idol of ambition, but as a light to guide the restoration of honourable politics. May those who wear the Stuart name remember always — duty is our crown, and faith our throne.
