Annie Kate was born on September 29th, 1911 in DERRYCOOSH, KILKELLY COUNTY MAYO, IRELAND. Annie Kate's father was Patrick Behan and her mother was Mary Behan. Her paternal grandparents were William Behan and Elizabeth Walsh. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named Anthony, Patrick, Tom, Michael, James M., Thomas, John Joseph, Ellen "Nellie" and Mary "Molly". She was the fourth youngest of the ten children. She had a half-brother named John Joseph. She died at the age of 83 on June 21st, 1995 in Flushing, NY.
