Ellen "Nellie" was born in 1901 in COUNTY MAYO, IRELAND. Ellen "Nellie"'s father was Patrick Behan and her mother was Mary Behan. Her paternal grandparents were William Behan and Elizabeth Walsh. She had seven brothers and two sisters, named Anthony, Patrick, Tom, Michael, James M., Thomas, John Joseph, Annie Kate and Mary "Molly". She was the oldest of the ten children. She had a half-brother named John Joseph. She died at the age of 48 on January 10th, 1949 in Bronx, New York.
